About me
I'm Davina, a British-born digital professional based in sunny Malta, with 16+ years of experience across websites, apps and digital products.
With a background in graphic design and UX/UI, I combine creative thinking with research, analytics and problem-solving to create and improve digital experiences.
I enjoy understanding people's needs, uncovering insights and finding practical ways to make websites, content and digital products work better.
What inspires me
I'm increasingly drawn to work that has a positive impact. Whether it's supporting animal welfare, helping a charity reach more people or making information and services more accessible.
I'd love to use my digital experience to contribute to a meaningful mission.
How did I get here?
My career has spanned a range of industries, from travel and education to e-commerce and technology. Along the way, I've developed a broad set of skills that extend beyond design, including user research, data-led optimisation, website projects, digital content and project collaboration.
I've also had the opportunity to work with Worldreader, an NGO helping children and communities access books and education. That experience reinforced my interest in using digital skills for something bigger than business goals alone.
A personal touch
Outside of work, I'm a keen marathon runner, animal lover and cat shelter volunteer. I also enjoy painting, travelling and exploring creative projects of my own.
For me, the next chapter is about bringing together what I've learned throughout my career with the opportunity to do work that feels genuinely worthwhile.
