​I chose this project to explore how UX could improve the animal adoption journey, and to support a cause I genuinely care about. My aim was to create a clearer, more engaging adoption flow that makes it easier for people to find the right cat for their lifestyle.

 

As a volunteer at a local shelter I find the biggest issue is people not understanding the adoption process, which can ultimately lead to frustration and adoption drop-offs. Ultimately I want to help more rescue cats find loving, permanent homes.
