Suggestions for improvements across specific areas of the site not converting well were highlighted, alongside the need to optimize key aspects of the player journey from sign up through to the actual game platform. Analysis proved that the majority of players access the site via mobile, hence the need to improve the user journey, navigation and gaming experience on a mobile device.
